Greetings from the Nation's Capital Gillian.

I remember being captivated back in July of 2005 and have since been a follower of your blog. Whether it be by your poems, wizardry with food and drink, the pictures from abroad, striving while surviving and even Gillian's quirky side, I've enjoyed reading/viewing them all.

Personally for me, what speaks volumes the most in your blog Gillian is how you've expressed the ardent love for family at each end of age spectrum. Always cradle, forever cherish.

I leave you with the following which kind of ties in with you graduating "The one thing you’ll discover is that life is based less than you think on what you’ve learned and much more than you think on what you have inside you right from the beginning.”

Be well Gillian, many thanks!

….p.s. I have created/duplicated many of your posted recipes. Success!!!!!

Rich

I'm glad you all enjoyed the video! I hope to be doing a lot of video podcasts during the summer, so expect more on the way from Vancouver!

Rich- What a great quote. I like to think that I am very much the same little girl I once was, full of life, love and curiosity. And I'm so glad some of the recipes have come to use!!

Anonymous- Thank you! I stay in shape as best as I can with eating the most natural foods as I can (for the most part I stick to a three ingredient rule with anything I buy), and love low key exercise like walking and yoga! I hope to have a few health/exercise videos coming up in the future as well!
